We’re proud to provide the best in Personal Care (Home Health Aide [HHA] & Personal Care Aide [PCA]), Nursing (Skilled Nursing & Private Duty Nursing) and Housekeeping services. Whether long-term care or short-term care, wound care or companionship care, in-home, at an assisted-living facility, or even in the hospital, you can count on Margret Ultra Home Care to provide safe, reliable and comfortable care. We go one step beyond by conducting a shift coverage confirmation beforehand. If a replacement is needed, our on-call nurses and aides are always ready to step in and ensure uninterrupted care.
To ensure continuity of care, we conduct a daily attendance check on all our field personnel.
All our personnel are licensed, certified, and undergo thorough screenings, interviews, background checks, and reference verifications. We conduct skills assessments and orientations before placing caregivers with patients. Our aides receive ongoing in-service training and supervision, while our nurses complete detailed placement orientations. Every caregiver must comply with both Department of Health regulations and Margret Ultra Home Care’s standards.
We are committed to excellence in home care. Our caregivers are closely monitored and supervised to ensure that they carefully follow the plan of care, providing quality care throughout the length of their assignments.
